Emma has been grooming my first dog Bianca for the past 7 years. Emma is skilful when it comes to professional grooming of dogs and she exhibits great patience and dedication when it comes to handling of them during the grooming sessions.

Emma handles the cat very well. Gentle and patient. The place is cosy and she has that personal touch. Clearly the best groomer I’ve been to.

Emma has been grooming my five dogs since 2012. She has always been super patient with all of them and knows each of their quirks.

Many other groomers have not been able to handle my boy, he is super skittish when his nails are touched, and usually they ha
ve to have one person holding him, and another to groom/shave him. But Emma has been excellent with him, and no second person is needed to hold him in place!

My five always come home smelling and looking good! And they are all super comfortable with Emma, so I trust her handling skills.

Emma did a great job on my Japanese Spitz dog, Floss. Floss is a hyper active dog and needs a lot of attention. Emma is the regular groomer here and she makes sure that my dog gets all the attention it needs. Trusted and fantastic groomer!

I have 2 Exotic Short hair cats that i bring for regular grooming since i have them in 2008.
All along, i have a fantastic groom who has lots of patience and passion in grooming my cats, making them smell really good and very clean.
I do not trust other groomers as they usually only groom dogs with no experience in handling cats or ask for me to sedate them before the grooming session.
Emma will take dedicated time to groom my cats at the most natural environment. Even when my fussy cats give her a tough time, she will handle them with a huge smile on her face.
